Processing Time: We typically ship orders within seven business days of receiving your order. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package’s journey.

Damages: We take great care in packaging our pottery. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damage to piece(s) for a replacement or refund.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the US. If you have special requests, feel free to reach out!
