1. Damaged Items: If your pottery arrives damaged, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement. To process your claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Proof of Damage: We require photographic evidence of the damage. Please email clear images to us at crazyforclay.com@gmail.com. This will help us assess the situation and expedite your request.

3. No Returns on Handmade Items: Due to the unique nature of our pottery, we do not accept returns on handmade items unless they arrive damaged.
